How to Apply?

1. To apply for hostel allotment click on  sign in  link on the top of this page.
2. You will be asked for  email  and  password .
3. Intheemail enter your  UET domain  email e.g. 20pwcse2233@uetpeshawar.edu.pk   and your registration number in the password field e.g.  20pwcse2233
4. Click the login button after entering the email and password to login into system
5. After logging into  the system you will have access to the two main menus i.e.  Discuss  and  Hostel .
6. In the Discuss menu you can have chat with users of the system like students and wardens.
7. Inside the hostel main menu there are two submenus Students and Application Form.
8. Click on students menu. There you will get your student record, click on it and complete the form by filling all the fields and upload a clear picture which will be used in your hostel and student card.
9. After completing the student form click on save button on the top of the form to save the data entered.
10. Now click on the second submenu of hostel i.e. Application Form.
11. There you will get your application form record, click on it to open the form.
12. Select your preferred hostel, room type, and the roommates.
13. Save the record and click on the print hostel slip button to get the fee slip.
14. After getting the fee slip, print it and deposit the mentioned amount in the mentioned bank.
15. After depositing the amount get a receipt from the bank on which there will be a sequence number, without which you cannot submit your application.
16. After getting the sequence number, enter the sequence number on your application form in the hostel management system and click the submit button to submit the form.
17. After submitting the application form, you will no longer be able to change anything in the application form.
18. That’s it. After the application form submission you can any time check the status of your application form by entering into system.
